Vladimir Smirnov was born on November, 1st 1941 in Yaroslavl.
Vladimir was educated in the Yaroslavl art school (1961) and the Art-graphic faculty of the Kostroma state pedagogical institute (1975).
Now Vladimir is a professor of the Yaroslavl art school.
